Situation:

2019 Community Assessment results indicated the following prioritized issues in Community Vitality: more qualified leaders to prepare community for the future; more youth community leadership opportunities; and more citizens helping solve local issues. Extension is well positioned to develop a community leadership program over the next four years for both youth and adults.
