Situation:
Family and Consumer Sciences Extension helps families gain access to food and to stretch food dollars; communities to decrease hunger; and local food assistance programs to educate recipients on healthy and safe food preparation methods.
Long-Term Outcomes:
Clients will improve food management skills and healthy eating habits.
Intermediate Outcomes:
Clients will access more local foods and preserve foods more.
Initial Outcomes:
Clients will learn how to grow, prepare and preserve foods
