Conflict is as common as rain and arises whereever people come in contact and have competing needs.

Develop an understanding of effective conflict responses for different situations.

Intermediate Outcomes:

Learning how to deal with conflicts that clients face daily through self evaluation.

Initial Outcomes:

Recognizing that each person deals with conflict differently and we must accept each persons actions.
