Situation:
People are living longer and are more likely to fall with aging. With a population of 64,449 in Pulaski County, 19 percent of the population is over the age of 65.
Long-Term Outcomes:
To decrease the number of older adults falling.
Intermediate Outcomes:
Share tips with older adults on how they can improve their strength, and hopefully fall less.
Initial Outcomes:
Stand Up To Falling will be shared with older adults
Evaluation:
Initial Outcome: Less falls among the elderly.
Indicator: Number of adults indicating they have fallen less.
