Situation:

Residents of McCracken County have a limited understanding of the Cooperative Extension Service and its programming areas.

Long-Term Outcomes:

Individuals participating in McCracken County CES will apply knowledge gained to benefit themselves, families and have a direct impact on the community.

Intermediate Outcomes:

An increased amount of McCracken County residents participate in Cooperative Extension Service programs and services.

Initial Outcomes:

Youth and Adults recognize the services offered by McCracken CES.

Evaluation:

Initial Outcome: Formative assessments will indicate recognition of impact of services

Indicator: The number of residents and schools that call on McCracken County Cooperative Extension for programming needs increase.

Method: Call log records, calendars, record of office visits

Timeline: Quarterly



Intermediate Outcome: From Formative assessments, an increased number of McCracken County residents show repeated participation in Cooperative Extension Service programs and services.

Indicator: The percentage of active volunteers and participants in McCracken CES programs will increase by 5%.

Method: Analysis of sign-in sheets and volunteer applications

Timeline: The end of fiscal years.



Long-term Outcome: The people become a regular volunteer, with ongoing participation in McCracken County CES.

Indicator: The number of residents and schools that call on McCracken County Cooperative Extension for programming needs increase.
