I have been State Extension Specialist for Aquaculture at Kentucky State University since 1990 with joint appointments in research and teaching as well as administration (since October 2016).
I currently serve as Kentucky State University's Assistant Research Director in the College of Agriculture, Communities, and the Environment (Land Grant Program).
