Social Connections

Hi there, my name is Nicolette Knuckles. Born and raised in Nelson County, went to EKU for my undergraduate/ graduate studies before traveling up to Covington, KY where my husband and I have been living since 2017 until we bought 34-acre farm in Wellington and moved in August 2023. I grew up on a farm in Bardstown and that was something I wanted to create for myself one day (since my grandfather sold the farm to put all his grandchildren through college), and here we are. My husband and I met at EKU and reconnected at a friend's wedding in 2016 and the rest is history. We have two spoiled fur babies, Snoop and Ziggy and plan on having lots of farm animals in the near future. I have been a yoga instructor since 2020 and have thoroughly enjoyed teaching a variety of styles since. I am currently teaching at the KY Yoga Festival this upcoming May. I love to be outdoors hiking, kayaking or working on our property, learning all sorts of things. I also love to cook and try new recipes as well as baking healthier dessert options. I enjoy adventure and mystery books by a nice bonfire or snuggled up to my pups in the camper. We have enjoyed camping around the Red River Gorge, especially around Auxier Ridge.
