I've practiced community ecology and landscape horticulture for 21 years in state government and private consulting across several states, predominantly on projects related to forest health, urban forestry, invertebrate ecology, pollinator habitat management, invasive plant management, coastal wetlands, and landscape horticulture planning. In 2021, I joined KSU and started building a Forestry and Natural Resources team that now includes research and extension staff designing and implementing projects across wildlife biology, land management, and small-scale agriculture. We offer on-site technical guidance and applied training to the public and professional partners.
