Kelly May is a newly appointed Senior Extension Associate for Personal Finance and Resource Management at the University of Kentucky Cooperative Extension Service. In this role, she provides financial tools and resources to Kentucky consumers. She formerly served 12 years as public information officer for the Kentucky Department of Financial Institutions, where she coordinated public relations and educational outreach. She is a member and past president of both the Kentucky Jump$tart Coalition for Personal Financial Literacy® and the Kentucky Association of Government Communicators. Kelly May also served as vice-chair of the Senior Outreach Project Group of the North American Securities Administrators Association. She lives in Versailles, KY, with her husband and daughter.
