Poultry ownership continues to increase in urban and suburban areas of the United States. This has been seen in the Commonwealth of Kentucky as well. In past years, we have provided in-person poultry workshops in the counties targeting current and potential backyard poultry producers. It was not possible to hold in-person workshops during the COVID-19 pandemic, so we moved the workshops to virtual using zoom.
