In winter 2018, Pike County Extension Fine Arts and WMMT, Appalshop’s non-profit community radio station, began developing a partnership to produce a monthly radio show focused on all things Pike Arts. Nelson County Homemakers applied for and received a $300 grant at the Annual KEHA Conference in Louisville, KY for the development of a Cultural Arts and Crafts program in 2019-2020.
